How to Order.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering a product from our online store is simple as visiting any other online store around. Simply choose a category or collection and browse through our selection of products.
From there, add a quantity and click on “Add to Cart” to add the item into your Shopping Cart. When you are done shopping, click on your Cart and on ”Check Out” and then follow the steps until completion of the order.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
This depends on the status of your order. Before shipment of your order you can cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them.

HOW DO I USE MY SHOPPING CART?
The Shopping Cart works in the exact manner a physical bag would. It contains all chosen products in detail and is one step away from checkout. It allows you to view, add or remove items chosen just as you would at a regular store.
HOW CAN I SEE WHICH ITEMS I HAVE PLACED IN MY CART?
To view the items contained in your “Cart” click on the right top of your screen. The circled number allows you to view the number of items in your Cart at a glance.
HOW DO I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?
To add items into your Cart click on “Add to Cart” at the detailed product view page. To remove an item, click on the Cart icon and then on ”X” next to the item you wish to remove.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF AN ITEM I PLACED IN MY CART?
To change the quantity of a selected item, visit your Cart page, click on the quantity number and select the number of items you want to purchase.
DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO DO THE ORDER?
No you do not need to create an account to order at anitabrand.com you can proceed as a guest. However, creating your account helps you not to re-enter personal data such as address etc.
WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
From the moment you receive the email completing your order from us, you calculate for within 1-3 working days inside Attica and 1-5 working days , there may be some delays in rare cases due to the workload of the cooperating courier.
If you are interested in buying a product that is currently out of stock, you may click on “Notify me” to receive an email notification the instant it is available.
WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have lost or forgotten you password, click on “Forgot my password” on the account login page to receive an e-mail with instructions on how to set a new password.
